Community Fun to Assist Law Enforcement
Last year’s Chili Cook-Off was a tremendous success, with the Piedmont Police Department earning first place and proudly keeping the trophy at their department for the past year. Now, it’s time once again to see if they can defend their title and bring the trophy back to Piedmont.
Proceeds from the event directly support law enforcement agencies by providing resources that may not fit within their budgets. While some agencies use the funds for specialized training, others focus on acquiring equipment that enhances safety and strengthens their ability to protect the community.
This year, a portion of the funds raised will also support the creation of the Calhoun County Red Line Foundation.
Pre-game - The Smoke Eater Chili Challenge
The day before the big event will be a fun pre-game at the Anniston Airport with Anniston Aviation FBO. This event is open to all contestants, family, friends, and the entire community.
By donating through the Calhoun County Blue Line Foundation, it is also a potential tax write off as we are a 501(c) (3).
