Welcome to the Calhoun County Blue Line Foundation
The Calhoun County Blue Line Foundation is an independent entity from any law enforcement agency. The CCBLF is a 501(c)(3) and an Alabama nonprofit. The purpose of this foundation is to provide funding for essential, but non-budgeted, resources to the law enforcement agencies within Calhoun County that will promote organizational distinction.
We work closely with each agency command staff to identify areas where community-based help will make a difference in providing that margin of excellence. Close attention is given to budget items that affect training, equipment, technology, officer well-being and community relations. These critical areas receive special emphasis in our fundraising activities.
Our Mission
The Calhoun County Blue Line Foundation is an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides resources and vital support to the law enforcement agencies in Calhoun County. We will work with each agency to identify their specific need for essential equipment, state-of-the-art technology, and specialized training and innovative programs that will remain unfunded by budget constraints. As residents of this community we are impassioned to help the law enforcement community keep the county safe for everyone to enjoy it.
Current Projects
Fund Raiser for the Weaver Fire Department
We are helping the Weaver Fire Department to raise funds to purchase extrication equipment. This project is not a normal project for CCBLF but we were happy to provide assistance.
There will be a Smoke Eaters Chili Challenge that will be held on June 13 in downtown Anniston.
